eFit Workout of the Week


A quick, but challenging workout consisting of thrusters and burpees! All you will need is a barbell.

I used 25kg for my thrusters, however you can use an empty 15kg, or 20kg bar - Scale weight according to your strength, and experience in this lift.

* A more scaled version of this lift - - - > Use Dumbbell's instead of a barbell.
