My Thrive & Build 8 Week Program is designed for women who are looking to get fit, strong, work towards performance based goals, and above all, build a strong and healthy mind.

This program is for you, if:

  • You want to improve your overall perception of health, and gain a better understanding of yourself through practices of spiritual self care and connection.

What's involved:

  • Weekly check-ins via the training app

  • 8 Week Training Program. There are a total of 4 - 5 sessions per week depending on your wants and needs.

  • Nutritional advice and support around tracking macros and flexible dieting

  • Access to an online platform called Trainerize with your own login access and profile

  • Access to a private Thrive & Build Community page where you can interact with other women in my program

  • 24/7 support from me throughout the entire program via the training app

  • Access to video demonstrations of every exercise
